Another Happy Customer

This is to recognize and thank NRG for its extraordinary customer service and attention for my purchase of a 1.75 GPM flow regulator for my new handheld shower head. What I thought would be an easy purchase turned out to require intensive online detective work to find a U.S. supplier that would not require me to buy in bulk. My inquiry to NRG was handled personally (and unexpectedly) by its president, Bill Wales, who quickly identified the part, provided the pricing and executed the transaction himself. The value Mr. Wales obviously places on excellent customer support certainly distinguishes NRG. I highly recommend this company and will do business with it again whenever needed.
