Full flow 2.2 gpm aerator enjoy a great laminar stream flow with the Neoperl. The clear, laminar stream this aerator produces works great but uses a reduced amount of water.  Laminar streams do not incorporate air into the water stream.  This lack of air/water mixture makes them a better choice for hospital and other healthcare settings.   Cache aerators thread directly into the faucet spout, making them vandal proof by design. Cache aerators have been used by OEMs since 2006.  Removal is easy with our cache aerator removal key (sold separately). This cache aerator fits cache faucets (hidden aerator faucets), and is available in Standard(m24 x 1 threads), Junior (m21.5 x threads), Tiny Junior (m18.5 x 1 threads) and Tom Thumb (m16.5 x threads) sizes.  Not sure which size you need for your faucet? • Note for Delta faucet models: (2551, 3551, 4551 (500, 501, 502, 511, 515, 516. 520, 522, 523, 540, 541, 542, 544 DST)  119/319/419 (DST & non-DST models) 155/156 (DST models) 4380.  Use a Junior size aerator and a Junior Size Wrench for above Delta models. Junior size can also be used to convert 2.2 to 1.5 gpm on Talbott, Pilar Waterfall and Victorian Single
