Changed faucet to great flow

Our new bathroom faucet (Kohler Sundae) had disappointing flow. It was fitted with a Neoperl Tom Thumb Cache 1.2 gpm aerator/flow restrictor. NRG had this insert in multiple flow rates so I bought the highest available (2.2 gpm), replaced the original 1.2 gpm insert, and almost doubled the flow. I thought I was going to have to return the faucet but now we are happy with it thanks to NRG. Bill at NRG was very patient and helpful, and the shipping was fast.

Enough Water to Shave

This Neoperl Cache 2.2 gpm in the size "tiny junior" (m18,5 x 1) fit the Moen Brantford model bathroom faucet and improved the flow rate significantly.
I think the aerator provided by the manufacturer was 1.2 gpm, and it was so slow that I could not conveniently soak or rinse my shaving tools or clean the sink. The Neoperl 2.2 gpm is probably more than I actually need, but I don't have to turn the faucet on all the way.
I probably spent an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out what was the matter with this facucet, and discovering the complexities of aerators -- and their sizing. I did not see any place that had a better assortment than this New Resources Group web site. Delivery was faster than estimated.

I actually haven't used the aerator yet, because I'm nervous about messing with my faucet, but Bill, who helped me over the phone was such a huge help. And he said if it doesn't do what I'm looking for he'll work with me until we get it right. And I was willing to take the gamble of buying several if necessary because he was so very helpful.

Easily replaced builder installed water conserving aerators with these high flow aerators. What a difference! Also provides quicker hot water, as the room temp water in the pipes clears quickly. Very fast shipment and good prices!

We recently purchased a new home with new Moen faucets and the water flow was terrible - I purchased these 2.2 GPM aerators and they fit perfectly into our Moen faucets and now the water flow is excellent

Big Improvement

I purchased a name-brand faucet that had a very low flow aerator that also produced an uneven stream. The small change of replacing the original aerator with this one made big change for the better.

Neoperl Cache aerator

Needed a higher gpm aerator for bathroom faucet. Original mfg. and big box stores could not provide one. Ordered the Neoprl 2.2gpm. Works great, water flow is excellent now. Staff was very helpful to make sure I ordered the correct size. Shipping was very reasonable and quick. Excellent customer service & quality, will definitely reorder in the future.

Perfect replacement for my bathroom faucet. These are hard to find and not only did NRG have them but they provide great information on size, waterflow, etc.... Good prices and quick shipping. Can't ask for more. Will be back.

My filter/aeator was in an Ikea faucet. Ikea was of no help locating a new filter/aerator. Looking of the internet I came across NRG's website and immediately saw the blue TJ tool which related to me Cache filter. Talked to the people. Got great feedback. Ordered the Chache and had it in 4 days. Fits perfect.

Moen cache aerator

My new Moen bathroom faucet came with a green aerator key that was marked B1. After removing the aerator and measuring, the size I needed was a tiny junior. I ordered and installed a 2.2 gpm cache aerator from NRG and noticed a big difference. Great job NRG and great youtube video. Hope this review helps anyone with a Moen bathroom faucet.

Perfect Replacement Aerator

I bought a new faucet that came with a 1.2 GPM cache aerator. I ordered a 2.2 GPM aerator as a replacement. The website was easy to navigate and locate the replacement product. The product arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly as ordered. Removal and installation of the new aerator was quick and simple. Don't forget you will need a cache aerator key for removal and installation. I would recommend this product and this company.
